Creative Production Assistant

Main Responsibilities:

• Help liase with printers for costs and lead times to make sure work scheduled on time and on budget
• Liase with relevant departments regarding time lines and deadlines for print production
• Raising PO’s
• Ordering, re-ordering and replenishing corporate packaging
• Sending out any graphics/POS to stores when necessary
• Organising the office administration-ordering office supplies for team (e.g. Stationary, presentation materials, paper,boards) purchasing Ad Hoc material for stores (POS..etc) and sending out via our DPD system.
• Business card requests
• The ability to prioritise work
• Adding new suppliers to the system
• Liaising in between project owners and production processes
• Be a constant daily support to the head of print production
• Point of contact regarding all production enquiries
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• To build strong relationships with suppliers

Tools of the Trade

• Reliability, organisation skills + admin experience a must
• Effective time management skills + able to manage / prioritise workload
• Able to act independently as part of a team
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Work well in a fast paced environment
• Fully competent in Excel and Word + Mac
• Basic knowledge of InDesign or Photoshop
• Enthusiastic and proactive
