JOB TITLE: Corporate Finance Executive - qualified accountant

EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years

LOCATION: Liverpool

SALARY: Depending on skills and experience + comprehensive benefits

THE ROLE:

The Corporate Finance Executive will join the award winning corporate finance team of this leading law firm in Liverpool assisting its partners and lawyers on all transactions. The Corporate Finance Executive will take responsibility for undertaking research, financial analysis and modelling relating to all types of corporate deals including acquistions and disposals, MBO and MBIs.

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful Corporate Finance Executive will be a qualified accountant with a desire to work in a corporate support role, working as part of a team with corporate solicitors advising on all elements of a corporate finance transaction. The Corporate Finance Executive does not need to have any previous knowlegde within this sector, however must have a proven track record in your career to date, able to demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, coupled with the desire and drive to develop your career within the commercial sector.
