About the Job:
Conveyancing Paralegal. A conveyancing paralegal is required by a leading law firm with a national client base for the Hampshire office. The conveyancing paralegal will join a conveyancing team and will be given responsibility to run a case load of conveyancing files involving; drafting routine correspondence and documents; preparing mortgage approvals and completion statements; reviewing leases and other title documents; updating clients, solicitors and agents on the progress of matters; receipting and paying completion funds; completing Land Registry and SDLT Forms; SearchFlow applications; preparing reports; deed maintenance; assisting more junior members of the team with their queries general administrative and office support.The role is comutable from Basingstoke, Winchester, Alton, Andover and Eastleigh.
