About the Job:
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused Contact Centre / Call Centre Manager to join a well-respected, high growth organisation within a competitive business sector. Reporting to the Head of Customer Care, the role holder will be responsible for the effective operational management of a customer focussed service centre and for ensuring the delivery of exceptional service across all customer interactions
Key Responsibilities
- To inspire high performance, via visible and clear leadership, across the Team Management and agent population within a multi-channel contact centre operation
- To provide tailored coaching, in order to upskill team managers in development areas, ensuring exceptional levels of customer service are delivered at all times
- To consistently promote and drive a ‘customer excellence’ culture through all customer interactions across the contact centre
- To work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure the delivery of departmental and corporate goals and objectives
- To consistently monitor and review contact centre processes, identifying enhancements to the customer journey and improving overall experience
The ideal candidate will be experienced in leading a contact centre operation within a commercially focused, fast-paced business sector. In addition, you will need to have exceptional organisational skills and be able to convert high level thinking and direction into practical day to day deliverables.
