Description

The Construction Project Manager (Retail) will:

• Oversee plans, strategies and design proposals.
• Be accountable for managing construction projects from start to finish (to agreed budget and timescales).
• Consult regularly with internal stakeholders.

Profile

The Construction Project Manager (Retail) will have:

• A track record in retail construction project management.
• A relevant qualification e.g. HNC in construction or civil engineering and a professional certification such as RICS or CIOB would also be desirable.
