Construction Project Manager - Residential

A key client of ours, is looking to appoint a Project Manager to lead their 180 unit project in North London. The project will deliver 1 to 3 bed flats and these will be housed in a 10 storey RC frame block. Construction will start in November hence you will get involved with pre-construction and site setup as well as building a team around you.

The primary responsibilities for the Project Manager are to:

• Manage the build team to deliver the scheme on time and budget
• Manage up to 4 Site Managers
• Stakeholder management
• Make sure H&S procedures are being followed
• Report to a Construction Director / Operations Manager

Preferred experience:

• Project Manager with a main contractor / residential developer
• RC frame experience is essential
• Delivered residential projects ONLY from start to finish

Salary + package:

• Base salary from £70k - £90k
• £7k car allowance
