About the Job:
Project Manager opportunity with a privately owned consultancy in London. The person they are looking for must have a background working on construction projects c£10+ in and around the London area. You must be degree qualified and have spent some time working with a consultant on delivery of projects working closely with your client. You must have a good depth of knowledge in the design and build of projects and be able to represent and collaborate with clients. The projects you can expect to work on will vary in size and value from £5m to £150m. These projects could be in sectors including: Higher Education, Commercial, Pharmaceutical, Local Authority. So any previous experience in these areas will certainly increase your chances of being selected for an interview.
