About the Job:
Our client is one of the UK’s premier property groups with various disciplines in the group to include Development, Investment, Commercial & Residential.Due to the expansion of the company’s portfolio they are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to work within a team and report to the Senior Management Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading new projects through the development cycle to include site appraisals, bid process, planning and construction phases through to project completion.
Our client seeks an experienced individual who can demonstrate experience and knowledge of all stages of the development process in housing and mixed use developments. In essence our client is looking for a strong all rounder who is willing to undertake all duties as and when required.
