- An established main contractor specialising in Design & Build Fit Out in London and surrounding areas.
The Role - Project Manager - Fast Track Fit Out
- Opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager with strong internal and M&E packages experience to work on a number of Fast Track Fit Out projects.
- Salary will range between £65k to £75k dependant on experience.
The Candidate - Project Manager - Fast Track Fit Out
Key attributes of the Project Manager - Fast Track Fit Out role include:
- Strong Internal/M&E package management.
- Design & Build project experience.
- Management of subcontractors and direct labour workforce
- Delivering quality finished end product to time & budget.
- Commercially aware, extensive knowledge of all disciplines involved in the construction process. Thorough knowledge of H&S procedures
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Computer literate.
- CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid certificates are essential.
The candidate must have recent UK experience.
