Based in Northampton this opportunity will offer an opportunity for a Construction Project Manager to pick up a series of projects in the Education sector and deliver a whole programme of works from inception to completion.

This County Council have devised a new programme encouraging Construction Project Manager to take more responsibility and ultimately deliver a series of works that will be highly visible to senior stake-holders.

Description

The successful Construction Project Manager from the council's Northampton base will be tasked with delivering a whole scheme of works across the whole of Northampton with a focus on the Education sector.

The project will involve picking the project up, running it with the contractors and internal stake holders and delivering it at completion.

Profile

The suitable candidate will have experience as a Construction Project Manager and be prepared to step up to help deliver a series of important projects.

It will be helpful if they are based around Northampton but if they're happy to commute then that could also work for them.
