About the Job:
Project Manager£38k-£40k plus car / allowance, pension, 23 days holiday
It is an exciting time for our building client, they are an independently owned building contractor and work for repeat clients building innovative and functional buildings across the Oldham, Rochdale, Stockport & Bury area.
They have mix of clients from council led schemes to private developments to commercial ventures.
They are established and successful, even growing during the recession.

We are looking for Project Managers with experience of delivering schemes between £500k and £3m in the Greater Manchester area.
Key skill area include;
•You are currently working in the capacity of a Project Manager on similar value projects within a recognised contractor
•Have experience of running directly employed staff
•Medium rise residential, general construction and apartment experience
•Ideally new build experience with understanding of refurbishment
•An ability to deliver a scheme from both the site and office, managing directly when necessary
•Health & safety leadership
•Short term programming
•Manage subcontractors
•Managing logistics
•In overview delivering for clients to cost and program with in a safety conscious environment
Qualifications required ideally:
•ONC/HNC
•SMSTS
•First Aid
•CSCS
