COMMERCIAL RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for an ambitious and experienced Commercial Manager to join us in taking responsibility for one or more of our fixed-line operator partners.

This is an opportunity to launch a brand new trading category and will require a project focused commercial manager ready to build strong commercial partnerships and develop a successful long term broadband category.

The role is broad-ranging and fast-moving – also allowing for collaboration with our marketing and business operations functions amongst others.

You will;

• Deliver market-leading service propositions and initiatives to support the growth of our mobile- and fixed-broadband category.
• Support the day-to-day relationship with one or more of the major fixed-line Operators. Be the point of contact for all commercial and operational issues and opportunities.
• Manage the overall performance of the Operator, ensuring delivery to operational SLAs and manage measuring of all key contractual KPI's.
• Support the commercial proposition and trading teams to ensure we deliver competitive propositions whilst maximising the value towards our customer.

You will need;

• A high level of business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Sharp commercial acumen – the ability to spot opportunities, and follow them through from negotiation to delivery.
• Strong levels of communication – with the knack to influence senior stakeholders and external partners
• Expert analytical and numerical skills

Ideally you will have experience of working with Broadband or at a fixed line operator.
