Commercial Recruitment Consultant

Abbah Recruitment is looking for Recruitment Consultant for their new office in Leeds.

Working within the expanding Commercial departments, you will be recruiting for various positions which require qualified experienced administration office personnel, Support Workers, Carers, Social Workers plus a multitude of personnel for Financial roles across the UK.

You will be tasked with sourcing, tracking and engaging with potential new candidates and appealing to them by posting relevant social media, posting our job adverts on relevant job boards and sourcing relevant CV’s via our CV searching accounts. You will be able to react quickly in order to hit your targets and manage your contacts.

Ideal Requirements:

·Previous experience in a Recruitment role

·Experience of end to end recruitment

·Experience resourcing new candidates

·Excellent relationship building skills, Candidate relationship management and a passion for people

·Administrative work as required

·Background checks and verifying references, work experience and academic qualifications of applicants

·Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills

·Ability to network to increase staff numbers by referral and by using 'Social Media’
