You’ll be working in a variety of different placements across the teams, using your knowledge from each placement to help shape and inform the next, always putting the customer at the heart of decision making.

Alongside our award winning development programme, successful applicants will be offered a permanent contract, a starting salary of £28,000 a year, plus an annual bonus based on performance.

Your placements will predominantly be based in Swindon, however there will be some travel across the UK as required.
