Key responsibilities for the role:
-Provide a professional, accurate and friendly service to customers
-Process requests for money transfer transactions and Foreign Exchange services.
-Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained
-Promotional and marketing tasks
-Administrative and cashing tasks
-Maintains safe and clean working environment
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Key skills and experience required to apply:
-A minimum of 1 years experience cashiering
-Knowledge/understanding of FSA money laundering regulations will be beneficial but not essential
-English native speaker or proficiency English knowledge.
-Advance or intermediary level of Spanish
-Strong customer service and communication skills
-Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable, high level of accuracy and positive attitude
-Willingness to work in a multicultural environment.
-Computer literacy
