Applications are invited for a new Academic Clinical Lectureship in Histopathology at the University of Cambridge funded by the NIHR - IAT programme. This offers an unrivalled opportunity to undertake high quality research within an outstanding academic and clinical environment. Applicants should be medically qualified, have full GMC registration and already hold or have submitted a PhD/DPhil/MD and be of the standing required for an appropriate honorary contract of service with the NHS LETB.

The appointment will be for four years and can be taken up as soon as possible. We welcome applications from those seeking to work less than full time.

The closing date for applications is 16th November 2016. Interviews are likely to be held early December.

Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 4 years in the first instance.

Once an offer of employment has been accepted, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a health assessment. This appointment also requires an Honorary Clinical Contract.
