Client Partner (Agency)

We are currently recruiting for a Client Partner to join an international creative agency, based in Cirencester.

As a client partner, you will report into a Managing Partner to deliver insight to clients whilst driving strategy forward and ensuring everyone works as team.

As a member of the senior management team you will proactively lead and contribute to the ongoing vision of the agency, and develop the fabric and health of the agency.

Responsibilities:-

• Ensure that client's businesses are fully understood and that opportunities for new business are developed
• To act as the senior day to day client contact for a number of accounts building strategic business partnership with senior clients
• Achieve and exceed annual stretch targets for the growth and profitability of your accounts, in line with the overall agency growth plan
• Work with each of your client partners to set and manage the delivery of income targets for each client account
• Ensure that all teams have a clear understanding of their client's strategic and operational requirements and that they utilise this in their day to day management of the account
• Work in partnership with the Creative Directors and the Creative department to deliver a creative product of the highest standard that generates measurable business return for our clients
• Take the lead on new business pitches or other support roles as agreed by the Leadership Team.
• Build and drive relationships with Planning, Development and Data teams to provide integrated thinking and solutions
• To develop and deliver a process to ensure that the effectiveness of every campaign is measured and that the results are understood and acted upon

Essential Skills:-

• An industry heavyweight with at least 8 year’s marketing industry experience
• Proven track record in leading integrated ttl campaigns for blue chip brands
• Proven experience of growing income in an agency environment across a variety of blue chip clients
• Strategic thinker with an excellent understanding of key industry influences and the ability to apply this thinking to a variety of clients and businesses
• Exceptional relationship builder with the ability to operate at a senior and strategic level with key clients
• Proven success at driving business change
• Excellent people manager with an ability to inspire, motivate, mentor and build commitment
