Our business provides cover for your holiday providing a wide range of options including policies for one-off trips, annual multi-trips for a year travelling, as well as more specialist policies for backpackers and winter sports.
The Travel Claims Services division have recently relocated from our Southend office and deal with handling insurance claims that arise from loss, theft or damage of property whilst on holiday.
Our Claims Call Handlers answer telephone and email queries from our clients and record all claims onto our in-house database, AMA.
We are looking for customer focused individuals who can commit to a 3 month fixed term contract from July to September 2016. July to September is our busiest time due to the high volume of clients who travel at this time.
Your day to day duties will involve telephone liaison, recording details of the claim and making a new case record. There will then be liaison with the insured, obtaining documentation relevant to the case. This may be police reports, proof of purchase, receipts etc..

Technical Competencies:
Previous claims experience within either home or travel insurance is a definite advantage but not essential. A strong background in Customer service and ability to accurately record information is essential.
This role would suit students who are looking for Summer work. who are looking to gain valuable experience in a fast paced and busy environment.
