About the Job:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced dedicated chefs to join our relief team based in the Oxfordshire Area
Duties would include:
- Working with the team to deliver quality food in an efficient manner
- Ensure that all food safety legislation is adhered
- Assist the other chefs in the team
Key Responsibilities
- To ensure that methods of food preparation and presentation are in line with the company's standard and specification and are within the budgeted costs
- Follow company recipes for menu items
- Serve and replenish food to an excellent standard
- To maintain a clean and tidy work place at all times
- To ensure a high standard of personal and general cleanliness and hygiene
Essential Skills
- Must have Basic Food Hygiene as a minimum
- Experience in contract catering operations would be an advantage
- Clear communication skills
