Quality is at the heart of our delivery and as a Lead Internal Quality Assessor (LIQA) you will focus on managing a team of Internal Quality Assurers (IQAs) and monitor the internal quality assurance delivery model within the occupational sector.

Ensuring full compliance to company and awarding organisation policies and procedures is a key part of this role, alongside supporting the development and implementation of the learner journey, new qualification rollouts and curriculum resources.

You will also be required to monitor and evaluate learner success rates and employer & learner satisfaction surveys to ensure that we are meeting our KPIs.

As you can imagine we are looking for a measured and precise individual who is dedicated to delivering exceptional quality standards and has the ability to use their initiative.

You will also need to be able to balance conflicting demands and be able to drive KPIs within a team of IQAs

What is essential is verifiable experience of working as an assessor and IQA within the Hospitality and Catering sector. Additionally assessing qualifications (D32,33, A1 or current L3 Assessing qualification) and verifying qualification (D34, V1 or current L4 Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment) is essential.
