We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of aCashier.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide the first point of contact for customers within the branch
  • Excel at providing a quality, personalised, efficient, and customer driven experience
  • Perform essential customer account transactions
  • By using a combination of your expert knowledge and ability to build trusting relationships, you will identify, address, and exceed customer needs and expectations
  • Promote HSBC's products and services where appropriate
  • Provide support and expertise within both your immediate and wider teams

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

  • Prior experience of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrate HSBC's core values of being dependable, open, and connected in all that you do
  • Have a calm and objective manner together with a strong focus to succeed and achieve your own and set objectives
  • Enjoy working independently but equally thrive when working together as a team towards a common goal
