Call Centre Operator / Sales

This is a self-employed role dealing with sales calls & you’ll be striving to provide excellent service to our customers. Experience in a Contact Centre is not necessary; all you need is determination and the drive to succeed.

OTE £25 - £50,000 per annum

Flexible hours

£7 per hour, uncapped commissions & bonus

To become multi-skilled in Customer Services and Sales, in order to deal competently with all products and processes.

• To contribute proportionately to the Team's achievements of all its sales, qualitative and quantitative targets as set by the Team Manager.
• To provide flexibility in working arrangements to ensure customer demands are satisfied.
• To develop and maintain a thorough understanding of all products, processes and underwriting.
• To be familiar with and practice all the current selling techniques and best practice as outlined by the Sales management team.
• To maintain client confidentiality at all times.
