About the Job:
Experience: Strong communication skillsQualification: Educated to at least GCSE standard, including Maths and English.
Our Head Office is based in Swindon, Wiltshire, and we have been providing ?At Home` sight and hearing care for older people within their communities for over 29 years.
Activities of the role
Contact existing customers to rebook their annual sight tests.
Quality outbound calls to rebook their annual sight tests. with the aim of booking appointments.
Introducing the services of the business and providing prospective patients, nursing, GP`s, practice managers or care staff with information, managing a call back diary.
Regular updating of databases
Being proactive with contacts to ensure we are first in mind when the patients or practices are looking for assistance with their hearing care needs
Complies with all aspects of the Health and Safety at Work Etc Act 1974 and with the Company's current Health and Safety Policies.
