Call Centre Agent

Pexel Research Services are an independent research company, based in Glasgow. We are commissioned by a variety of clients to carry out telephone research projects - no sales or marketing. We specialise in multi-lingual work, and our projects are run across the world in many different countries. We carry out research in the public and private sectors, in healthcare, finance, retail, and with consumers.

We are currently seeking fluent English speakers who are based in Glasgow or able to travel to the office for work in Glasgow. Although hours are not guaranteed, we have upcoming projects that may require the following hours:

• 8 hour shifts, Monday-Friday (9-5 or 1-9pm work or combinations of both). For future projects the required hours may change to shorter shifts starting later in the afternoon and running into the evening.
• You should be able to commit to at least 3-4 shifts a week (Monday-Friday) when the projects run (more flexible hours may be available on future projects)
• Please note, we cannot guarantee a set number of hours a week as the work is offered on a project-project basis however the upcoming projects we have will require the above hours for the foreseeable future.

To apply you must have:

• At least 6 months of call centre experience
• We may consider those who have a strong background in a customer facing role

The majority of this work involves conducting telephone research interviews, on subjects like customer satisfaction or brand awareness. We will provide training on interviewing skills and techniques for both quantitative and qualitative research. There may also be the opportunity to do some desk research.
