About the Job:
The Call Centre Advisors will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers in creating realistic solutions to their financial problems.
Full training will be provided to the successful candidates and there is also the opportunity to gain an industry recognised accreditation initiative.
The successful Call Centre Advisor will:
  • Be educated to GCSE standard in Maths and English
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Have a commitment to helping customers
The hours of work alternate between early and late shifts on a weekly basis. The working hours are:
Early shift: Monday-Friday07:15-13:15 and Saturday 08:30-16:00
Late shift: Monday- Thursday 13:00-21:00 and Friday 13:00-19:00.
There are local public transport links nearby.
This role would suit someone looking to work within a customer service orientated environment or an experienced Customer Service Representative, Call Handler or Customer Service Advisor
