We are currently recruiting for a Business Innovation Reporting Specialist within the Business Innovation department based at our head office in Tongwell, Milton Keynes. The main purpose of the role is assist with reporting and the implementation of continuous improvement to support business growth strategy across Mercedes-Benz Financial Services.
Job description:
You’ll be an expert in business innovation with responsibilities in all aspects of innovation, process efficiency, data management and quality control across a number of divisions within Business Operations. One main part of the role is to challenge business process and mind set to derive maximum benefits, and assist in the change process to ensure effective implementation of process changes. You’ll be proactive in stimulating new ideas for proto-typing and delivery by facilitating workshops and creating user discussions.
Reporting will be a key function of this role supporting numerous divisions within Business Operations and the wider business with their reporting requirements. This would include regular reporting, development of reports and creation of new reports in order to improve the business efficiency.

You’ll have a high attention to detail and a keen interest in systems processes. You also find it easy to interpret and present data, spotting trends and creating positive change, whilst building strong and lasting relationships at all levels across the organisation.
