About the team:
Our Lipsy Developers and Business Analysts focus completely on this great brand. They develop and manage systems covering everything from the website to management reporting and wholesale. Some of these systems are Next-equivalent technology while the rest is bespoke.
About the role:
Working within our Lipsy Systems team you'll work closely with all areas of the Lipsy business, using an understanding of business processes and basic POC models to facilitate the scoping and documenting of requirements.
You'll report directly to the Project Manager and you will work with the business to assess current and future processes, with a view to capturing detailed requirements, identifying solution options and providing pragmatic balanced recommendations.

- Work with cross functional systems teams to ensure that Lipsy systems requirements are documented and that you understand the impact on other teams
- Work with development teams to translate business operational and functional requirements
- Produce relevant documents
- Research, analyse and evaluate alternative solutions and recommend the most applicable and cost effective solutions
Criteria
About you:
You are an experienced Business Analyst who has detailed knowledge and understanding of Retail business processes with a basic understanding of system database structures.
You’re a strong communicator and enjoy building effective relationships at all levels.
You're a team player who thrives on working in a fast paced and busy environment.
You'll possess strong research and problem solving skills with the ability to analyse existing systems for enhancements and support resolutions.
