We work across a broad portfolio of projects that include product launches, estate transformation, business growth and efficiency initiatives.

What will you be involved in?

As a Business Analyst in the Change team, you'll work proactively to solve problems and to provide business analysis end to end from project set up to implementation.

The analysis that you provide at the initiation of projects provides you with the chance to help shape the business. From stakeholder identification, scope definition, benefit measures and operational impact assessments ensure the right delivery across your project work-streams.

The variety of projects you will be involved in is vast. To ensure business readiness across products and services such as SkyQ, Sky Mobile, mobile apps and TV you will deliver business analysis, artefacts, activities including documenting end to end business requirements (from inception to solution delivery), requirements prioritisation, training and communication across your stakeholder group.

You will gain broad exposure business wide by facilitating workshops, one to one meetings with stakeholders and business users to understand the strategy, 'as is' business environment, risk assessment, budget, impact of the change on existing processes and the required 'to be' processes and journeys.

Above all, you get to see the impact of your process through the innovation and delivery of Sky products and services to our customer base.

What do we love to see from you?

• At Sky, we look for you to bring fresh thinking, to question and challenge, get involved in anything and everything. In addition, experience in managing budgets and stakeholders with a high degree of comfort in working in a fluid environment.
• A formal project management qualification such as Prince 2, APMP or ISEB will bring a robust approach in providing the end to end process, crucial when working on multiple projects in our fast pace matrix environment.
• As an experienced Business Analyst used to working on large scale projects you have a 'bigger picture' view. If you can add strong analytical and problem solving skills and can bring a creative approach to solution finding, then we want to talk to you.
