About the Job:
JOB TITLE: Building Services Engineer / Design EngineerJOB SUMMARY: To work with the wider Design Team and guide the design process for a wide range of M&E projects in a multi-discipline consultancy.
MUST HAVES: Minimum of five years' experience in M&E design; knowledge of other building/architectural design such as acoustics, facades, lighting, and low-to-zero carbon technologies.
The ROLE
The successful candidate will be required to:
* Offer expertise in building M&E design
* Work collaboratively with the wider Design Team
* Guide the design development
* Liaise with clients and other stakeholders with key decisions
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong applicants with the following experience:
* Five years' experience in M&E, Building Services or Architectural Design role
* Relevant degree in design
* Strong knowledge of building services, M&E, acoustics, facades, lighting, and low-to-zero carbon technologies.
* Experience of design role within a multi-disciplined consultancy
* Experience of design in multiple sectors including manufacturing, logistics, retail and residential.
