What will I be doing?
Do you know what ISP stands for? And what would cause slow broadband speeds? If you have the technical know-how to answer these questions, then we'd love to hear from you. But don't worry if not. The important thing is that you have a natural affinity with broadband and all-things technical and we can fill the gaps for you.
As a Broadband Support Advisor you'll speak directly with our customers on a wide variety of technical questions and queries. From helping someone to re-boot their system to advising on how to set-up a wireless connection, you'll use your problem solving skills to ensure a speedy resolution and a consistently excellent customer experience. Together with great communication skills, you'll bring with you a good understanding of broadband and in-home technology together with the passion to meet targets which will challenge and stretch you.
And the perks?
Not only will you be working for Europe's leading entertainment company, you can also look forward to an average reward package of £20,500 a year, as well as a generous annual holiday entitlement of 30 days, plus three bank holidays. As a valued employee, you'll qualify for our great bonus scheme and sales incentives throughout the year. You'll also receive free Sky+HD, phone and broadband, discounts at restaurants, private health and dental care and a wide range of high street discounts. (Phew!)
