Broadband Sales Advisor - CPM

£9.50 per hour + up to £30 per week sales bonus 
40 hours per week including weekend hours 
Full time, permanent

What you’ll do? 
Right now we’re recruiting a team of permanent in-store Sales Advisors to help us connect customers in stores across the UK.

Working for CPM (the UK’s largest field marketing company) you’ll be helping us deliver an exciting project, bringing "Multiplay" to customers in store; providing advice and selling TV, broadband and phone services from a range of suppliers, helping people get better connected.

You’ll be:

• Working in your allocated store, you will be the face of the brand - greeting customers and making them feel welcome in store.
• Ensuring customers enjoy a great experience every time, answering their queries, asking the right questions, finding the correct products and ultimately making the sale.
• Connecting with the customer and understanding their needs and advising them on the best product.
• Building rapport and demonstrating the right products to the customer you will drive up sales in store.

Who are we looking for?

• Someone with a proven track record and passion for sales as this role is very target driven
• You’ll need to be big on customer service and genuinely helpful in your approach - you’ll get a kick out of matching the customer to what they really need and seeing their purchase made.
• Someone who is tech savvy where your interest in technology will complement your warm, friendly personality and ability to work well in a team.
• Must own a smartphone
