Brand and Reputation Manager

What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain a clear brand proposition, making sure guidelines are in place to ensure consistency of brand communications
• Lead the development of brand messaging in line with consumer feedback and insight
• Develop the content strategy and help shape PR strategies
• Lead, develop and manage a team

You'll have a pretty impressive brand reputation, ideally gained with a big name that's famous for its operational excellence and customer-led approach. Creative, customer-focused and an influential Brand Reputation Manager, you must share our passion for branding and improving customer communications. You should also be able to understand and apply customer feedback and get the best out of agencies and your team.

What you'll bring:

• Previous marketing experience from either in-house or an agency
• An appreciation for the size and scale of the business meaning a complex and diverse set of stakeholders
• The ability to create an engaging content strategy, drawing out the information from the business and using those stories to positively portray our brand position
• Experience working with a range of marketing channels
• Experience working within brand guidelines
• Customer focus with excellent relationship building skills
