About the Job:
The Position:The last 18 months has seen the company's pre-construction teams work load increase steadily to the point where they now require a new team to be formed to ease the burden of enquires and tenders coming in.
You will have close liaison with existing Bid Managers, must have experience leading and managing teams as well as Bid Management experience.

·Previous Management Experience - Desirable
·Must have experience in the London Market (New Build)
·Stable career history with reputable Main Contractors
·Construction related Degree
·Excellent client facing skills (Somebody proactive, big personality, and a positive attitude)
·Production (Project Management) Background Preferred OR Design/Technical
