Established in 1981, a well-respected bathroom and kitchen specialist, we have 3 large showrooms and a successful online presence.

You would be working in a fantastic showroom with an extensive product range and continuously updated showroom displays.

Are you:

• A natural 'people-person` with great communication and rapport-building skills
• Passionate about design and interiors
• Great at 'selling` - and not in the horribly old-fashioned used car salesman stereotype, but because you are a brilliant listener and you inherently understand what people are 'saying` even if they`re not actually saying it!
• Someone who goes the extra mile, and understands that great customer service doesn`t end when the sale is done.

As a Sales and Design Consultant you will:

• Work in a fantastic showroom benefitting from several floors of modern and traditional bathrooms and kitchens.
• Have access to a large range of brilliant brands to offer each customer the perfect product that will last for many years to come.
• Quickly and professionally build trust and rapport with prospects, ensuring the highest likelihood of turning them into future happy customers.
• Understand the importance of not simply making a sale and moving on to the next one, but instead delighting each and every customer with brilliant service, problem-solving, idea-suggesting and a natural professionalism that builds the reputation of the company, and of you as a sales and design specialist.
• Design & plan using industry-leading 3D CAD software using your design aptitude (training can be given) and transform the customer`s home, whilst simultaneously designing with the customer`s budget, tastes and requirements at the very forefront of your mind.
• Take ownership of your customer, and ensure any issue, big or small, that they have before, during or after the sale is solved to ensure the customer is not only likely to come back to us, but also specifically to you due to your outstanding service.

The Ideal Sales and Design Specialist will hold the following skills and experiences:

• A proven track record in sales is essential
• Previous bathroom sales experience is desirable, but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills, with a professional, articulate manner.
• Great IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
