About the Job:

We are looking to recruit flexible, highly motivated, well organised Personal Assistants for flexible working within the Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BCHC) via the Trust Bank, the organisation’s temporary staffing department.

BCHC delivers a diverse range of healthcare services across a numerous sites and specialties and the Trust Bank provides temporary cover to cover shortfalls in staffing and to support the delivery of the service.

You must be able to communicate efficiently and effectively in a timely, professional and sensitive manner with members of the public and healthcare professionals.

Interviews will be held on Saturday 1st October at our Trust HQ, Priestley Wharf, Birmingham B7 4BN

If you have:

  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages, in particular Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, etc
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and Inter personal skills
  • Effective Diary Management
  • RSA Level III and Audio Typing experience
  • Minute taking
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines and targets
  • Ability to demonstrate an understanding of confidentiality and associated policies
  • Able to work flexibly according to the needs of the service and adapt to changing aspects of the service
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
