Assistive Technology is a system that will safeguard the needs of vulnerable people and promote greater independence by providing them with technology to monitor their safety and well-being in their own home.More than just a Call Handler, this is a unique opportunity to work in a truly rewarding environment where you can have a real, positive impact on the lives and well-being of others. Experience of working in a customer center or customer service environment is essential. Also key to success is the ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions whilst maintaining a positive attitude and empathy with vulnerable clients.
This service is operational 365 days a year, 7 days a week including bank holidays. As this is a bank position, a flexible approach to work is required as you may be asked to work evening and weekend shifts, as well as during times of absence and sickness
Sanctuary365 are looking for Assistive Technology call handlers to work within Sanctuary’s Assistive Technology Service Centre based in Chester. The Centre provides 24/7 monitoring for Assistive Technology customers and co-ordinates referrals and installations for the Sanctuary Group, contracted and private clients supporting the delivery of an efficient, cost effective and high quality performance.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate an ability to plan and organize effectively to be able to process and update accurately data relating to our customers. An understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel (or similar) is also required.
