Audit & Accounts Manager - Mid-tier Firm - North West London
Are you an Audit & Accounts Manager looking to progress at a growing mid-tier firm? Do you enjoy the technical challenge of providing audit services whilst wishing to build on your advisory skill-set with a strong accounts, tax and project-based workload? If so, this could be the role for you!
Working on the portfolios of the firm's senior partners, this role will involve managing a small team including Trainees, Semi Seniors and Seniors. Predominantly audit focused (60-70%), the role will also entail accounts and advisory assignments. Covering a broad range of sectors including hospitality & leisure, professional services, public sector, and retail, many of the clients are entrepreneurial in nature.
As the successful candidate for this Audit & Accounts Senior Manager role, you will:
- be ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 2 years post qualification experience from a recognised UK firm
- have strong staff management/development experience
- demonstrate excellent client management skills and the ability to manage a sizeable portfolio
- have good accounts preparation skills including group accounts
- demonstrate strong organisation and client facing skills as well as a commercially aware outlook
