Associate Director Project Manager

Capstone are currently recruiting for an Associate Director Project Manager to join a dynamic and fast growing Project and Cost consultancy, who over the last few years have become an industry leader and a highly regarded practice in the market.

Our client is currently working on majour projects across London in various sectors including Hotels, Student accommodation, PRS, Residential and Mixed Use schemes. They have not been adversely effected by Brexit and have a strong pipe line of work which is why the need has arisen. 
The ideal candidate will be degree educated and chartered (MRICS, MCIOB, APMP) You will have experience managing multiple projects at any one time and will have a demonstrable track record of delivering projects from inception through to completion. Ideally you will have experience managing a small team and mentoring junior members of staff. Sector experience in Hotels, residential and commercial would be desirable.
