Trial Balance Consulting have been assigned by our long term client, a mid sized, privately owned and operated, firm of Chartered Accountants with an impressive record of rapid growth and client acquisition. The firm currently seeks to recruit an experienced individual to join the partnership team in what will be a role of pivotal responsibility.
This represents a superb opportunity to join a forward thinking practice with ambitious aspirations for future expansion. The opportunity would be particularly well suited to a candidate operating at Manager/Assistant Manager level who feels that they are ready to progress, but maybe held back by their current firm`s structure.
My client is taking an extremely open minded view to this recruit, with more emphasis on attitude and motivation than the usual length in service. Whilst suitable candidates will be professionally qualified (ACA/ACCA) with substantial recent experience gained within practice, my client is keen not to stipulate a minimum level of PQE or level or portfolio management value. Subsequently the role may be appropriate for a very ambitious Senior with genuine aspirations to remain in the profession.
Candidates will ideally have been trained by a reputable firm, and with experience covering most disciplines including finance (ideally corporate but potentially business services), tax (particularly company) and audit (commercial & NFP). The successful incumbent will take a lead role in managing a diverse portfolio of clients and winning new business through networking and referrals. Managing a team of 3-4 (likely to increase), the successful individual will have excellent internal interpersonal skills.
Remuneration will be generous and entirely dependent on experience, with a package of GBP 50-60,000 available for the right candidate.
