- Assisting the Head Coach by managing one or more of the store functions (sales, merchandising, operations, accounting etc.) or by managing a particular floor/business in store
- Performing all store management functions in absence of the Head Coach;
- Coordinating and supervising the daily activities of the team;
- Setting priorities for the team to ensure task completion and coordinating work activities with other managers;
- Appling management skills to improve efficiency and accomplish operational objectives
- Recruiting, retaining and developing top talent to ensure a diverse and energetic work environment
- Performing work in support of brand plans, demonstrating the link between daily work and our company mission
- Preparing statistical and narrative reports of store activities
- Communicating with the Visual team and/or overseeing physical site maintenance
Qualifications
- Proven track record in retail
- Enthusiasm and passion about sports and/or sports fashion
- Demonstrable experience in retail management, including experience in coaching, counseling and developing people
- Ability to lead a high level of customer service in a Brand Retailer
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
