Assistant Store Manager Designate - H.Samuel Jewellers
A fantastic Designate opportunity to work for H Samuel Stores in and around Manchester.
Are you an exceptional Retail Manager looking to join a successful business with experience of managing customer focussed high footfall stores?
Are you ambitious and determined to achieve great success?

H Samuel stores are familiar sights on the UK high street and are part of Signet Jewellers, the organisation behind other popular brands such as Ernest Jones and Leslie Davis. Signet Jewellers is the world's largest speciality retail jeweller by sales, with stores in the US, UK, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands.
If you're not familiar with the Designate role, this is our way of getting people like you, our future talent into the business. You'll undergo a 10-12 week training plan where you will visit a number of stores, learn our policies, procedures and products. Then at the end of this training programme, you'll be appointed as a permanent Assistant Manager in a selected store in the advertised location. This will be your role to make your own, progress and develop from.
You don't need previous experience of selling jewellery or watches, as we have a fabulous induction programme that will teach you all you need to know about our products. What we need are passionate Managers looking to create amazing customer experiences.

What you need;
* An excellent track record in Retail as a Management, ideally with a premium brand.
* An awareness of the commercial performance of the store.
* An ability to lead, coach, train and develop your team to maximise potential and performance.
* A role model who consistently delivers an amazing customer experience.
* Passion for our product.
