Our client is looking for a Assembly Team Leader to join their company on a permanent basis. 

The role will involve co-ordinating the daily demands of production Assembly department in an efficient manner and ensure quality is maintained and the lines are run properly. 

Key duties will include - 

*To collate accurate production data and report it in the required format on a timely basis. 

* To maintain smooth operation of assembling by using good communication with all personnel within the department. 

* Maintain delivery dates and to product assemblies of an acceptable standard of quality. 

*Make sure all operators are trained correctly on the machines and can adhere to the company's health and safety regulations. 

*Oversee the day to day running of continuous improvements 

*Knowledge of being within a Lean Manufacturing Environment 

The role will be working day time hours over a 38 hour week, the company offer competitive benefits.
