APPLICATION SUPPORT MANAGER (EPOS & FINANCE)

KNOW THE ROLE

We are currently looking for an Application Support Manager to join our Leicester based office. This is an exciting new vacancy within Selfridges and because of this we are looking for an enthusiastic well experienced individual to come on board and introduce this new role. The position will be managing a team of roughly 7 employees that consist of 2nd and 3rd line support analyst within both the Finance and EPOS Application Support teams.

KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A successful candidate should come from an operational background and have proven experience of managing a team. Exposure to finance applications are preferred and ideally you would have previous experience within the retail industry. Strong 3rd party management is essential for the role and ITIL awareness is desired.

Due to the size of the organisation you will be working with colleagues at all levels so it is vital that you are a confident, eloquent and effective communicator at all levels. Cultural fit is also very important for us, along with personal fit. We are looking for innovative individuals who are not afraid to think outside the box, individuals who can challenge the way things are being done for the better.
