Applications will only be accepted from University of Cambridge graduate trainees who have graduated as an undergraduate or postgraduate in the last 5 years, with at least a 2.1 in any subject.

About the programme
You'll be employed by the University of Cambridge and will take part in a 15-month rotational scheme incorporating three project based placements. The first and last of these will be based at the University of Cambridge, while the middle placement will take you to a different partner university in the region. Please see below for the list of participating universities in this region.
The type of work you'll be involved in will be project-based and wide-ranging, offering many diverse and challenging opportunities. You will develop your management and leadership skills and in many cases you will be able to see the results of your work being implemented across the university.
