Location: Bracknell surrounding areas
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 plus van
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to enhance your career with a large very well known FTSE250 FM Outsourcing Business. 

This role is for an Indoor Air Quality Technician to work within the company's' Environmental Services Division. The focus will be to collect the air quality data and complete the necessary reports for the company's clients. This will be a national role but ideally someone will be based in the South of England. A vehicle will be provided for travel required in this role. 

The main duties will be as follows: 
Collection of air quality data 
Completion of air quality reports 
Carry out allocated service work within agreed time schedules, adhering to the company's health and safety policy and the relevant industry guidelines 
Complete reports and paperwork as instructed by your team leader 

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: 
P601, P600 experience

IAQ testing

Able to work as a member of the team 
Able to work without direct supervision 
Local Exhaust Ventilation experience would be desirable as well as ductwork cleaning experience beneficial
