What you become a part of
The role of the Learning & Development (L&D) Services team at CCEP is to provide support to the internal client, L&D team, comprising L&D Professionals, L&D Managers, L&D Senior Managers, and Associate Directors with planning, scheduling, arranging logistics for trainings and courses and reporting on training interventions. L&D Administrators also take part in ad-hoc projects and implement process improvements to optimize the employee learning experience.
What to expect
• Work with L&D colleagues to organise and schedule formal training interventions in accordance with the organisation development plan/LNA and L&D processes
• Administration of electronic training records
• Organise logistics for training sessions (reserve rooms/inform trainer/security/ catering)
• Recording of all training conducted and updating of associated documentation
• Participate in L&D related projects
• Create and manage purchase orders
• Implement process improvements to optimize the employee learning experience
• Play an active role in the CCEP Learning and Development community
What we expect of you
• Experience in a coordination/ administrative role
• Previous experience of using a Learning Management System will be an advantage
• Solid knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of training processes is considered an advantage
• Excellent communications skills in both spoken and written English and Dutch
• Able to learn, managing ambiguity and adapting to change, in a fast moving business environment.
• Strong team work, business acumen, collaboration and cultural awareness skills.
• Flexibility to attend meetings/site visits to meet the clients’ needs
