HR Administrator, Operations, BeNeLux

What you become a part of
This HR Administrator is located within our HR shared services based in Uxbridge, working within the BeNeLux team.
The HR Administrator is responsible for supporting the life cycle from when a new employee joins CCE in Belgium, The Netherlands or Luxembourg in addition to any internal moves, through to when the employee leaves CCE. The key elements on the operational role are to produce contracts for both internal moves and external new hires, and to ensure the internal HR system is updated accurate and timely manner.
The HR Administrator will be responsible for; ensuring compliance with company procedures and local legislation, the accurate and timely provision of contract production, and the SuccessFactors system updating of personal data and organizational structure changes. For this element of the role it is essential to build strong working relationships with the internal recruiters, the HR Business Partners and the local payroll teams.
The role will work with a number of technical systems such as SuccessFactors, Employee / Manager Self-Service, Case Management system and Recruitment tool. The role may also include project work, coaching and training of team members and translations.

Work to required Service level Agreements
Work with the Team Leader and other HR Administrators to ensure the relevant documents are updated, available and used within the team
Ensure the right forms are submitted for changing employee information, the correct approval has been gained and is all logged within the ticket
What we expect of you
HR experience or strong administrative background
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Good attention to detail
Ability to learn new processes and work to set procedures
Knowledge of country legislation is an advantage
Able to work within a busy and fast moving environment
Microsoft office
SuccessFactors HR systems knowledge
Taleo / Salesforce.com knowledge
Fluent in French
