Administrative Officer
The Student Registry, which is part of the Academic Division, has a broad remit, providing administrative services to students at every stage of their student journey (from admission to exams and assessment to graduation), and to staff and third parties.
You will lead on matters relating to the student record, playing a vital co-ordination role throughout the collegiate University, requiring extensive liaison with Colleges, Educational and Student Policy, Student Statistics and Information Services; being the point of expertise for colleagues; ensuring the implementation and maintenance of clear and accurate procedures and working with the other leads and team leader to ensure activities are appropriately resourced. In addition, with oversight of core operations, you will have responsibility for developing and reviewing the business and so, working with others, drive forward improvements in our business processes and service delivery.
Educated to degree level or with equivalent experience, you will have a proven ability to work under pressure with a high-volume and complex workload. You should be self-motivated yet collaborative, influential, and able to foster positive working relationships. You will also have experience and ability to identify and drive improvements.
