Your tasks and responsibilities would be for all activities within the Sales Support function including;

• Line management of department administrators / back office team, duties which including Invoicing, Used Vehicle Marketing and Tendering.

• Market analysis to define and develop sales and product strategies.

• Maintain and develop sales management reports.

• Work closely with stake holders within head office based in Germany.

• Liaise with the Sales team and the manufacturer over vehicle specifications.

• Support the production of quotations and tenders.

• Regularly review and improve management reports in line with business requirements

Skills required for this role are; 

• GCSE Maths and English grade C or above (or equivalent).

• Educated to degree level in Business Management would be advantageous.

• Proven experience of managing a diverse team in a fast-changing environment with multiple stakeholders.

• Experience of sales and market analysis would be advantageous.

• Previous experience of Homologation and technical aptitude within automotive environment
• Strong leadership skills
