Our client now has an opportunity available for an Accounts Clerk to join them to carry out general accounting duties in an accurate and timely manner; providing an efficient and effective service to departments within the company and to their members.
Carrying out invoice and payment processing and resolving supplier / member / customer queries, you will provide administrative support for the department and complete general accounting duties.Checking invoices / credit notes for accuracy, you must input data to the accounts system accurately including invoices, journals and credit notes and assist with the completion of monthly reconciliations.
With relevant accounts experience and experience of working to deadlines, you should be capable of using computerised accounts packages and have good IT skills.
